A Utah man was arrested Saturday after a fellow passenger noticed him viewing child pornography on a Delta Airlines flight from Salt Lake City to Boston.
The Huffington Post reports that 47-year-old Grant Smith, of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, was allegedly viewing the pornographic images featuring young children on his laptop while he sat in first class. A concerned passenger saw the images on Grant's computer and alerted the flight crew.
Once the plane finally landed at Boston's Logan International Airport just after 4:00 pm, he was handed over to police.
Smith has been charged with possession of child pornography and could face additional charges as well.
According to KSL, Smith is being held at the Logan Airport Barracks, and bail has been set at $15,000. He is set to appear in court on Monday.
