He may have looked like the plump television character Tinky Winky from the show The Teletubbies, but police in London, Ont. say the man they are looking for could be armed and dangerous.

The Canadian press is reporting a woman in her 20’s was robbed at gunpoint in the city’s core by a man dressed as a Teletubby.
He demanded the victim hand over all her money around midnight on Halloween night. She was left unharmed.
According to the woman, the man dressed as Tinky Winky is between 6'2" and 6'4", 200 to 240 pounds, had a muscular build and had dark hair with a clean shaven face.
The Teletubby costume consists of a plush purple body suit and a hood topped with an upside down triangle.
Later that morning, police thought they found the suspect.
"He was deemed not to be the Teletubby we were looking for," Constable Kevin Lui told the London Free Press.
The man, also dressed as Tinky Winky, was later released after he was questioned by the police.
"Unfortunately, Halloween provides (robbers) more cover than any other night,” continued Lui.
