Broken Social Scene member writes children's book
John Crossingham has written an instruction guide called Learn to Speak Music: A Guide to Creating, Performing and Promoting Your Song.
Crossingham is a member of the Broken Social Scene Collective and his own band Raising the Fawn, according to PopMatters,
produced some of the most underrated Canadian music of this decade.
Crossingham has written a book for nine to 12 year olds. The book,
Learn to Speak Music: A Guide to Creating, Performing, and Promoting Your Songs, is published by OwlKids Books. The book is written for anyone who is just getting started and is looking to create their own music.
