Vegas: Illegal immigrant jailed for alleged child molesting

An illegal immigrant who is a pastor in North Las Vegas has been jailed in Clark County Detention Center and is being held on a $24,000 bond in connection with child molestation charges of a young girl. Ladislao “Constantino” Morales, 56, according the police spokesperson Officer Barbara Morgan, said that the illegal immigrant has been arrested on two counts of lewdness with a minor under 14 years old, plus four separate accounts of open and gross lewdness. Police officials are also seeking other victims who might have come into contact with Morales at the Centro Evangelistico Alfa y Omega Church close to Eastern and Owens avenues in North Las Vegas. In the arrest report viewed by Digital Journal, it says that Morales kissed a girl and gave and received massages from a pre-teen girl from the age of 10 until she was 14. He picked up the girl to do paperwork for the church and then proceed to touch her and had her touch him in a private residence and a motel. The young girl didn't report the incidences until she spoke with another girl who had been molested by Morales and confessed to her that he had done the same to her. Furthermore, police learned during the initial investigation that Morales is an illegal immigrant who uses different birth-dates to hide his status. The dates include March 11, 1963 and July 27, 1953. The investigation continues while officers from the Metro Police Sexual Assault Section dig further into Morales and his dealings with children involved in the church and out of church.
