England's cricket team has regained the Ashes. They came in to the series as the most unlikely to win, after falling to Australia by 5-0 a few years ago.
It was a pretty convincing victory, with England winning by 197 runs. England won the Ashes series by 2-1.
The odds did not look in England's favour at the start of the series, with Kevin Pietersen unable to take part and Andrew Flintoff had some injury concerns. Following the series, Flintoff is scheduled to have further knee surgery
Speaking to the BBC, Stuart Broad said it was the best day of his career and acknowledged the support of the crowd.
But a disappointed Ricky Ponting, the Australian Captain, said he had selected the wrong side and that he took responsibility for the loss. He added that he had enjoyed the series.
