Lance Armstrong faces multiple anti-doping checks

Lance Armstrong is having to deal with the French sports minister who says that the cyclist will be "particularly monitored" during this year's anti-doping checks for the Tour de France.

Roselyne Bachelot told French audiences on cable TV Friday that the doping controls will be multiplied and that Lance Armstrong is one of her targets.
ESPN reports:
"The [doping] controls will be multiplied, and I tell Lance Armstrong that he will be particularly, particularly, particularly monitored," Bachelot told i-Tele.
The anti-doping agency's head says that Armstrong will be treated like anyone else when it comes to the drug testing.
It is expected that there will be more than 500 doping checks during the Tour de France this year.
Armstrong is coming out of retirement to compete for another win at the event that begins on Saturday in Monaco. He has won the race seven times.
On Twitter Armstrong responded to the news with:
