Not really an interview so much as a cross-examination. Awesome.

Michelle, I could not have put it better myself. Watch the above embedded video of the interview and judge for yourself. Ask yourself: what is investigative journalism? Is it not, in essence, getting to the bottom of things? The real nitty-gritty truth of the matter that everyone can understand, believe and ultimately trust as fact? Pulling it out with rusty pliers if necessary? Though the Us Weekly hit piece on Sarah Palin does not qualify by those standards (if any standards apply at all to Us Weekly, that is), the grilling Megyn Kelly gave Bradley Jacobs is one for the books. Perry Mason would have been proud. The only thing missing was Jacobs standing up and saying "I did it!" Though I would bet he left with rusty plier marks. For her glaring lamp, her tenacious Clarence Darrow-like pursuit of the truth and refusal to be steered off-point (the stunning good looks are a bonus), Megyn Kelly of FOX News gets my DJ Pulitzer Prize Icon. It is only the second time I have handed it out and, believe me, it's worth more than the original. We need so much more of this on the Obama-giddy operatives of the Blue Media: the harsh spotlight shone back on those who try to blind us with theirs. More importantly, making them squirm (and deservedly so) in full public view as they are brought to task. Man I would SO love to see this lady drill Chris Matthews. 'So, Chris, does William Ayers send a thrill up your leg?" I can really understand why the Left hates FOX News and Bill O'Reilly so much. And now Megyn Kelly, no doubt, because you can be sure Mr. Jacobs will be crying about it at his next Manhattan soiree. Girl, you go! Bravo!
