China leaves no stone unturned in its preparation for the Beijing Olympics. With only a few days to go, and a total of 10,500 athletes and seven million spectators expected to arrive in the city, the organizers are sure these venues will ensure the highest standards.
Not only are these venues ecofriendly but many of them apply the principles of rain-water harvesting for their air conditioning systems, with specially insulated walls that stay cool even in hot weather conditions.
