From iPods to frypods: BK's New Best Seller

Burger King recently introduced a new item that customers are raving about. The new BK Apple Fries. made of freshly cut apples, shaped like french fries - this new addition is a new healthy choice.

Consisting of only 45 calories per serving, BK is now offering this delicious fry substitute. Customers can choose to order their fries with carmel, rather than ketchup. But what do workers think of this new product?

"We have had them for two weeks and we are sold out" says a Burger King employee in Menasha, Wisconsin. "I never thought they would be such a hit." This new menu addition not only helps health, but saves the wallet. Each order is only $1.49, and includes carmel and the items very own frypod. "Frypods are what we call the containers, its almost like an ipod...another great thing!" says Chelsea Way of Brillion. From ipods to frypods, BK's new fry sensation is surely a hit. "Allowing more healthy choices is a great way to gain customers respect, and also to offer more choices" comments Way.

Not only have millions of these Apple fries sold, but Burger King recently introduced a few more items to their menu, including Cookie Dough Pie, and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Sound appealing? It is. All choices are both under $2 and contain less than 150 calories each. "The best way to eat fast food is to choose healthy" said Way. "Apple fries look like normal fries, but are much healthier."

Try it for yourself at the nearest BK near you. Get them before they are gone, this new wave item could be as popular as an iPod...or is it frypod?
