Co-owner of the Country View Golf Club Carl Brown died on his golf course this morning. The result of an accidental drowning after driving his pickup into one of the water hazards at the course. Brown was in process of filling a water tank on his pickup when the accident occurred.

Carl Brown had several medical problems including being a cancer survivor, a pacemaker and had survived "dying" in a construction accident in 1973.

The incident occurred at about 8:45 a.m. and the police were on the scene until noon, the police noted that the rest of the golfers continued their play. As I am certain Carl would have wanted.
