The HDR-TG1 Handycam measures just 1.3- x 4.7- x 2.5-inches and weighs ten ounces. It shoots high-definition video in 1080i and can snap 4 megapixel images.
The new Handycam HDR-TG1 will go on sale in Japan this month and will be available in other countries soon after. The camcorder measures 32 x 119 x 63 mm (1.3 x 4.7 x 2.5 inches) and weighs only 300 grams (10.6 ounces).
Though the device is world’s tiniest and world’s lightest high definition camcorder, it carries a hefty price tag of 130,000 Yen ($1,271). Sony products always carry a premium price but also have a range of features you won’t find in other cameras or camcorders.
