The woman who was in the car that Lindsay Lohan chased in July says that she has suffered emotional trauma and the incident has also cost her a well paying job and thousands of dollars in doctors' bills.
Tracie Rice was the passenger in the vehicle that was driven by Michele Peck, the mother of Lohan's assistant who had recently quit.
Rice filed a lawsuit against Lohan back in August for emotional distress. Rice is seeking unspecified damages and payment of medical and other expenses.
According to papers Rice spent about $7,000 on medical bills which included a therapist that charged $175 per visit and the lost of her $60,000 per year job because of the incident.
Rice says that she thought she was going to be carjacked when the SUV that Lohan was driving pursued Rice's vehicle at high speeds. The chase ended when the driver and rice pulled into the police station's parking lot.
Lohan is also facing another lawsuit where a busboy was injured at a restaurant that Lohan was eating at. The busboy is seeking $200,000 in damages for negligence from Lohan and the restaurant.
It seems that these people just want to make money from this incident and lots of it.
