The license plate was traced by police to a registered sex offender, 53-year-old Keith Thomas Coldicott, who lives in nearby Clinton Twp.

Coldicott kept exposing his genitals to a 19-year-old woman sitting in front of him on the bleachers whenever she turned around to watch the band practice.

The young woman picked Coldicott out of a line-up at the police station.

"Coldicott was charged with indecent exposure by a sexually delinquet person" and has a $250,000 bond set. The felony he faces has a penalty of just one day in prison up to a life sentence in prison.
