A $2,500 reward is being considered by the council to offer to anyone providing the information which leads to the arrest and conviction of
vandals in Rochester Hills.
Vandalism in Rochester Hills has been on the rise, according to city officials, and graffiti has been an especially serious problem for the city.
Just recently owners of a local business had to paint over graffiti damage to their building, costing them $3,000.
Vandals cost to their targets has been extremely substantial and something needs to be done to curb this disturbing trend in crime.
