Good thing those people made complaints. Some people tend to turn their head to things, and not want to get involved, but sometimes, like this time it seemed to pay off for people stepping in.

This poor baby was in his apartment with his dead mother. They say it may take weeks to find out how Tammy Graves, age 36 died. It looks like foul play isn't being considered since there was no evidence of it.

Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook said, "No bullet holes, knife wounds, no ligatures, anything of that nature, there were no changes to the body that could not be explained."


The investigators are looking at her medical history, an trying to figure out what had happened to her. The little boy looked to be very well taken care of other than being malnourished and hungry due to the fact his mother had died, and no one was able to care for him.

The authorities are trying to locate the boys father who did not live with them. For now, the little boy will be staying with a family member of his mother.
