UPDATE: Chris Benoit's Crime Had No Smoking Gun
It looks like the Benoit case will be bizarre. There is no smoking gun. Although the cause of death has not been revealed yet for the three family members some details have been leaked out.
Each of the victims were in different rooms. The autopsies are to be performed later Tuesday in DeKalb country.
Benoit was a native of Montreal. He grew up in Edmonton. The family moved to Fayette County, Georgia. Fayette County is just outside of Atlanta.
The police have not said how Benoit killed his wife and seven year old son.
"We're pretty sure we know, but we want to confirm it with the crime lab," he said.
The wrestler had two other children from a previous relationship. They were not in the home at the time.

UPDATE:
Benoit strangled his wife. Smothered his son. He was found hanging in his weight room.
There are tests going on to see if Benoit was using steroids at the time of his death.
Steroids are known to cause rage in some users.
There were past incidents of domestic violence. Nancy had filed for a protection order in 2003 but withdrew it 3 months later.
The GBI will be starting the autopsies on Tuesday.
