Wildlife authorities have found the first bald eagle nest in the city in more than 200 years, the Pennsylvania Game Commission said Friday.

Of course they aren't saying where it is located for obvious reasons, but they are watching it closely. They are hoping that the eagle couple will breed and lay eggs and live happily ever after. Roughly a fifth of the Eagle nests fail every year due to predators and bad weather etc. They said that finding a nest within the city shows how resiliant the species is. They seem to be adapting to their world with humanity.
I wish I knew where it was, I would take a look and report firsthand and get some pics.
Last year they counted more then 100 birds in the state so Eagles are still making a comeback from their endangered status. If anyone has ever seen an Eagle in real life, they are amazing birds. Glad they are making a comeback.
