Granola bars have 300 calories and 10 grams of fat!!!!
As someone who is constantly cautious of how many calories and fat are in the food I eat I found an article about the hidden calories on fat free food quite interesting. Dee Rollins a dietician at Baylol Regional Medical Center says "the ultimate diet deception is low fat because when fat is removed from a product it is usually replaced with sugar".
A granola bar contains 300 calories and 10 grams of fat. This could sabotage someones diet when they are counting calories to lose weight. No more granola bars for me!
