The US market followed the China market today as it sank nearly 500 points. Investors are unsure if this is merely a correction to to a market that has logged some impressive gains recently, or the start of a bear market preceeding a possible recession in the US economy.

Personally, I'm a buy and hold investor, and expect to see a rebound, though it may take a while. To all the rest of the DJ folks with any money in the stock market, let us hope this won't be a repeat of 1987's Black Monday.
