The plan which recommends a form of self -rule for Kosovo ,strongly opposed by Serbs after the protesters said that the UN plan which was unveiled last week for Kosovo Independence did not go far enough.
As per the request of Serbian President Boris, UN plan had agreed to postpone on its proposals till 21st of this month.
Many of them chanted: "No negotiation. Self-determination", demanding a referendum on independence.
Kosovo has been administered by the UN since 1999, after a Nato bombing campaign drove Serbian troops from the province.
