AFP-Nevada Launches “Rubber Stamp for Failure” Bus Tour

>PRWEB.COM Newswire

Las Vegas (PRWEB) July 18, 2012

A 40 foot long motor home with a picture of Shelley Berkley on its side will pull up in front of Berkley’s Congressional Office Thursday morning, but not to celebrate the politician. Instead, the wrapped RV will be used as a visual aide and mobile billboard for Americans for Prosperity – Nevada (AFP-NV) as it launches its statewide bus tour: “Shelley Berkley: A Rubber Stamp for Failure” in Las Vegas at 9 a.m.

This tour will educate citizens about Berkley’s failed economic policies, voting for President Obama’s health care takeover, the stimulus bill, Dodd-Frank, and against the Keystone Pipeline. In addition, citizens will rally to demand Berkley start working for the citizens of Nevada, and not for party lines.

“Since Shelley Berkley went to Washington, she has done nothing but fully embrace the failed economic policies of President Obama, Harry Reid, and other liberal leaders,” said Adam Stryker, State Director of Americans for Prosperity – Nevada. "Meanwhile, Nevadans have been struggling as our state leads the nation in foreclosures and unemployment. We are calling on Rep. Berkley to change these policies and to listen to Nevadans who are looking for some hope for the future.”

The bus will stop in Las Vegas, Yerington, Minden, Reno and Winnemuca. The bus stop locations are listed below:
