Football Manager Game Goes Mobile with Official iPhone App

>PRWEB.COM Newswire

Gibraltar, Gibraltar (PRWEB) June 01, 2012 is a free football manager game where you act as the owner and manager of a virtual soccer football club, creating strategies for scouting, training and match day coaching. With users in more than 100 countries, it's one of the most international web game communities around, many players having been with the game continuously for more than a decade.

  • The web site is where you go for the full experience of Hattrick, where you can dig deeper in stats and engage in forum discussions. And that will not change, says Hattrick founder and Creative Director, Johan Gustafsson, and continues:
  • This new App is a complement to the game offering the core functions in a very practical mobile format. More and more of our players already access the game from smartphones, and it is absolutely essential that we offer a great experience for our players wherever they happen to be playing the game.

The official Hattrick iPhone App will make it possible for all users of the game to quickly log in, review their team status, check upcoming matches, set match orders and follow their games live. It is free to download for everyone, but to use it you need to already have a registered team at, something which of course is free as well.

The App is mainly built using Hattrick's own API for third-party developers, CHPP (Certified Hattrick Product Provider). Through CHPP, there are already several other Apps for iPhone and Android available for Hattrick players. As the functionality for the official App grows, so will the available functions available for the third party developers, through CHPP.

Being translated into more than 40 languages, the official Hattrick iPhone App is most probably one of the most widely translated app of any kind in the AppStore.

  • Hattrick is truly unique and international in scope, with the game is available in more than 50 languages, maintained by our fantastic volunteer translators. This is one of the ways Hattrick stands out as a unique global game community, says Johan Gustafsson.
