Sales activity increased in the third quarter of 2011 and continues to accelerate through 2012. Sales figures and the number of new clients for the first four months of 2012 were up 30% over the same period in FY2011. Product Consultants currently field between 300 and 500 requests per week, delivering fast and responsive support for surgical staff members who need to locate and compare specialty instruments.
According to President Robert Edelstein, the company's recent growth can be attributed to its ability to save time, effort and money for staff at surgical facilities that have more budget and time constraints than ever. "Our growth can be attributed to old school sales development, like referrals as well as newer methods involving email and web marketing," says Edelstein.
