Maximizing Managed Care Contracts is Topic of Discussion

Rock will present "Increasing the Value of Your Managed Care Contracts" Friday, May 11 at 2:10 p.m. During this session Rock will discuss how to analyze surgery center managed care contracts to better understand each payor's terms and reimbursement rates and how to apply them to the revenue cycle. The session will also cover how to successfully renegotiate contracts. In addition, attendees will gain insights on how to ensure their surgery centers are realizing the full benefits of each contract.
