"Aurora has played a major role in the development of Med-Tek from the company's transition from initial implementation to national roll out. Mrs. Zivalich joined Med-Tek as Director, Business Support Services in 2011, and later served as Vice President, Business Support Services, until this promotion. Prior to Med-Tek, Mrs. Zivalich worked more than 15 years in System Implementation, Training and Customer Support for both private and public companies. Mrs. Zivalich received her B.A. from University of South Florida and her M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
