From “we have a buyer lined up” or “we can get you out of your timeshare guaranteed”…these phrases are specifically designed as bait for Timeshare owners who would be more than happy to pay ANYTHING if only these promises were true!
The simple fact is that the biggest red flag there is from a company promising you they can buy/sell/rent/cancel your Timeshare, is asking you to pay a large fee in advance of services rendered, even from those offering a guarantee on services!
