Honarvar, who owns and now has full operational accountability for the business, is optimistic about its future. “I am delighted to take on the responsibility of this position,” she said, “property management has historically been a bit of a boys club in the Santa Barbara market so I think we are shaking things up. With more than 20 years as both an investor and real estate professional, Honarvar is well suited to the everyday challenges of managing rental properties. “I still own investment properties myself, and I try to treat every client’s property just like it’s my own. I know how to find and keep quality tenants, the ins and outs of managing maintenance and repair costs and the value of personal relationships.”
