Today ManageByStats CEO, Philip Jepsen, announced that the Amazon Review Request option has been added to their SellerMail tool. SellerMail is ManageByStats’ automated customer contact solution, with features for creating automated follow-up campaigns for Amazon customers. SellerMail is part of the MBS suite of tools, which is a set of software designed to help Amazon sellers more effectively sell on Amazon.

Amazon has recently introduced the ability for Amazon sellers to send a review request to their customers after purchase, with a simple button click in the order. For Amazon sellers selling at any volume the use of this button, while convenient, can become an issue of time. Opening orders manually and clicking the button, even using slower tools to do so, is tedious and highly impractical. MBS has now automated this by including the Review Request as an option when creating SellerMail campaigns.
