New York, NY – Italian entrepreneur Michael Scarpellini, the founder of Happiness Brand, is pleased to announce that his clothing items are now being made available in the U.S. Founded in 2007, the brand was created by Michael and his wife Eiman, who first met when they were both fashion students at school in Los Angeles.
The couple has recently moved with their six year old son from Milan to New York
“We moved from Italy to New York in late 2019 to try and find a middle ground between my wife, who is from Los Angeles, and Italy,” Scarpellini explains. “For me, this is the perfect time for as an entrepreneur to rethink, to be thankful for what we have created, and officially launch our U.S. distribution.”
Scarpellini mentions that all Happiness Brand stores across Italy are temporary closed due to the Corona Virus outbreak.
“These are crazy times, which take me back to what was happening in 2007, when we first started the brand. But Happiness was created to become the most positive brand in the world. It was made for the people; made to make the world a happier place, which is something we need now more than ever.
“Our brand can help spread happiness. We need to come together and use fashion to make an impact and to gather people together in a positive way, without creating ”status” or differences. In 2020, we need to push fashion that has meaning and purpose.”
Happiness Brand fashions have been worn by Kylie Jenner, Winnie Harlow, Halsey, Chiara Ferragni, Brooklyn Beckham, Miley Cyrus , Heidi Klum and many other well-known celebrities. It is now being carried in Nordstrom and Shopbop, and there was a recent pop-up in Malibu.

Born in Rimini, Italy in 1984, Scarpellini has attained a Bachelors Degree in PR and Advertising at IULM Milan, a Business Certificate at UCSD San Diego and a Master at FIDM Los Angeles. He also has a NYU Corporate Finance Certificate.
