Victory Business Capital, LLC (VBC), founded by Eric A. Welch, specializes in helping clients locate and secure funding for their businesses through a variety of potential lenders, including both bank and non-bank sources of financing. The company aims to provide loan packaging services for many different transaction types, saving clients' time and energy by leveraging Welch's extensive industry expertise and professional network.

As a commercial loan broker, Welch works closely with businesses at various stages in the Seattle area to fully understand their financial position and provide accurate and relevant consultation on how to tailor a loan request to the right lender in the hopes of winning funding. He has more than 14 years of experience in business development, seven of which were in community-based business lending in retail and middle market commercial lines of business. He maintains expertise in revolving lines of credit, term working capital, guidance lines, monitored lines of credit, commercial real estate lending, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, and more.

Prior to starting his own firm, Welch worked as a commercial relationship manager, lender, and credit analyst for Banner Bank in South Puget Sound and Columbia Bank in Tacoma. His career in banking began as a branch manager in Seattle for JP Morgan Chase. He holds a B.S. in applied economics from the University of San Francisco along with certifications in commercial lending from the American Bankers Association and the Risk Management Association.

"Here at Victory Business Capital, we speak banker, but we also know how to find non-bank and non-traditional loan sources for startups and small-to-midsize businesses," Welch said. "My passion is for supporting the entrepreneurs and helping them finding funding sources that can grow and sustain their businesses and, ultimately, our local economies. Let VBC apply our industry experience to help you grow your business with the capital it needs. Contact us today to discuss what VBC can do for you."

In addition to providing consultation to small business clients and entrepreneurs, VBC works with banks and other lenders to help grow their loan portfolios. The company is verified Veteran Owned Business affiliated with the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.
