After 15 years in operation, Calgary creative agency Morad Media is rebranding to reflect the agency’s growth over the years. In 2019, MORAD expanded into new territory to offer social media and content marketing services. These new service offerings came as a natural progression into the world of digital marketing and complement our core focus areas of branding, graphic design, web design and marketing strategy. Going forward, MORAD Creative Agency is equipped to handle every aspect of digital marketing campaigns from strategy to design, to tracking and monitoring.
Dropping ‘Media’ from the name was a strategic decision to differentiate the company from media buying agencies like Pattison Outdoor and towards a modern digital agency feel. ‘MORAD’ is more dynamic for web, print, and merchandise. The design also scales better for web which is essential for an agency with a heavy focus on web design and digital graphics.
The logo redesign process was intensive. The agency played with multiple logo variations before landing on the maze-like design. MORAD’s art director spent hours perfecting the design to give it perfect symmetry and an optical illusion feel.
