Aykroyd launches award-winning vodka brand in Ontario and greets fans

TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2011 /CNW/ - Crystal Head Vodka launched in 2008, is an award winning Canadian vodka, completely free of any additives.  This naturally pure vodka had to be born of an equally pristine primary ingredient.  Crystal Head Vodka is quadruple-distilled, triple filtered and then triple filtered again through Herkimer diamonds, making this as 'PURE' as vodka can be.  The distillation and triple filtering processes are achieved at one of the last government owned bottling facilities in the world - the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation.  Crystal Head vodka thus achieves a uniquely pure, clean, naturally smooth taste.  This is the first time CHV has been available in LCBO retail stores in Ontario.

Crystal Head Vodka has won many awards, including the prestigious Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition earlier this year.  More than 200 vodkas in total entered the competitions' blind taste test judged by 30 judges; of this, Crystal Head Vodka was one of a handful of brands to receive a Double Gold Medal in the entire competition.
