In addition to connecting parents with informal childcare (a/k/a sitters), the company offers backup care, event care, place-of-worship care, and travel care. The company’s unique combination of quality and affordability has helped it increase in popularity and acceptance with accolades coming from different clients. “I needed a babysitter with less than 24 hours’ notice, and Nanno made it happen,” says one parent user.
