Liquid Trucking Director Of Human Resources Invited To Present at The Truckload Carriers Association 2018 Conference

Plattsmouth, NE - Liquid Trucking one of the largest and fastest growing bulk liquid trucking companies in the United States is delighted to announce that their Director of Human Resources has been asked to co-present a speech at the Truckload Carriers Association 2018 conference. The conference takes place at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida from March 25th to the 28th.

Jason Eisenman with John Elliot and Tim Hindes, the CEO of Stay Metrics will be talking about how their companies have focused almost exclusively on driver retention, which has, in turn, helped them to flourish and grow in recent years. The title of the speech will be ”Gathering and Using Driver Feedback to Improve Retention–From Theory to Practice”

The roundtable presentation will share with other industry leaders how they have used technology particularly a software application called Stay Metrics, and significant driver feedback to improve the working experience and environment of their drivers. Their research has uncovered, and in some instances dispelled long-held beliefs about the inevitability of driver turnover. The company has then used this feedback to become one of the top tanker trucking companies in the United States. The second part of the presentation will involve case studies featuring two carriers that used driver feedback to improve driver engagement, including one carrier that has reduced turnover by more than 65% over the past three years.

 Attendees will:

• Gain insight from what 25,000 driver surveys are telling the industry;

• Obtain evidence-based strategies to reduce early driver turnover;

• Discover how a successful carrier dramatically lowered driver turnover over the past three years.

“Truck drivers are the very foundation of our company, the fact of the matter is that without our drivers, we simply do not have a business,” said Jason Eisenman of Liquid Trucking. “Having gone to so much effort to recruit top-quality drivers, we knew that there had to be a way to make sure that we could retain those drivers for the long-term. That was when we decided to invest in tools such as DeliveRecon.”

DeliveRecon is a mobile driver CRM, knowledge sharing and mobile document scanning platform. Every driver in the Liquid Trucking fleet always has access to the critical details about each location they deliver to–and has the power to update that information as they encounter any new scenarios throughout their delivery routes through text-entry, photos and video. A one-stop-shop product, DeliveRecon increases fleet safety and efficiency, improves each driver’s work-life by removing the frustrations of the unknown, minimizes the time to train newer drivers and connects every employee to the vital, everyday information all in one mobile app.

Founded in 1989, Liquid Trucking a family owned and operated trucking company has grown to become one of the 30 largest tank trucking companies in the United States. The company prides itself on providing the highest quality liquid transport services out of the Midwest, serving the continental US and Canada.
