Time Is Running Out To Book Your Company Holiday Parties

Just 2 months away from most event dates, the holiday planning season is in full swing.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 13, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- It is October, and the buzz around holiday parties is at a full roar. Over the next 2 months, plans and venues will be finalized, invitations sent, and details will be tweaked. For most production and event companies, this is the busy season. For many other companies, this is the time of year where memories are made and relationships are strengthened.
Inspire Productions has seen over 20 of these holiday seasons, and to them, the magic of the holidays never gets old.
"We've been doing holiday parties for a long time," says Jud Yaski, Director at Inspire Productions. "The idea behind our brand is to live it out - to INSPIRE people with our events. We not only want to make each event memorable, but we want you to be a guest at your own event."
Being a "guest at your own event" is a big deal for Jud. From his experience, a lot of companies take on the planning and execution of their parties and functions, and often don't get the chance to enjoy them. He's offering a better option.
"If you've got an event for 50 or 5,000, having someone with experience in making the event run smoothly is invaluable. We handle everything from decor to atmosphere to food and entertainment."
Looking at Google Trends, searches for "holiday party ideas" start increasing this week (the second week of October), and increase until they peak around the first week of December. If you haven't already, now is the time to start booking your vendors and venues because the competition for dates is only going to increase from this point forward.
Yaski says the size of your company has a lot to do with how long you can wait to book your holiday party venue. "Bigger companies have limited venue options just because of their size, so those groups want to make sure to start early. Smaller companies tend to have more venue options, so they can sometimes get away with waiting a little longer."
If you are thinking about a holiday party and haven't made arrangements yet, now is the time. Venues and dates are starting to get booked, so don't miss out on your opportunity to get the holiday party you want at the venue of your choice.
For over 20 years, Inspire Productions has been helping companies with holiday parties, outdoor picnics, and corporate events and conventions. Be a guest at your own event when you choose Inspire Productions.
