PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Up to one million men and women are expected to leave the military in the next five years.  Civilian employers are always looking for alternative means to attract veteran talent to their organizations.  To do so, dozens of veteran-friendly employers are planning to host the Veterans Day Virtual Career Fair on November 11, 2014 in partnership with  Veteran Recruiting

The virtual career fair is an efficient and effective way for veterans and recruiters to connect, in real time, and regardless of their actual location. Since September 2011, more than 94,000 veterans and military spouses have been hired by the companies who have utilized Veteran Recruiting virtual career fairs.
