In the news release, Evergreen-Agra, Inc. Progress Report, issued 09-Oct-2014 by EverGReeN Agra Inc. over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the dateline should read "IRVINE, Calif." rather than "VANCOUVER, British Columbia" as originally issued inadvertently. Also, the headline should read "Evergreen-Agra Acquires a Ministry of Health Federal Medical Marijuana Exemption License," rather than "Evergreen-Agra, Inc. Progress Report." The complete, corrected release follows:

Evergreen-Agra Acquires a Ministry of Health Federal Medical Marijuana Exemption License

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- EverGReeN Agra Inc. (EGRN) chairman, Rene Hamouth, is pleased to announce that it has acquired 50% interest in a Canadian grandfathered, "Ministry of Health Federal Medical Marijuana Exemption License" #000712.  This allows EverGReeN Agra Inc. to become a licensed producer of cannabis under Canadian federal law.

In addition to this exciting news, EverGReeN Agra Inc. has also been granted an exclusive license to Mayan Toffee, trademarked with a Canadian patent pending . The production of this toffee involves an ancient Mayan extraction method which extracts 100% of the plants cannabinoids unlike all the other methods.  This pure extraction method may also be used for a host of other cannabinoid medications.  The creator of the toffee, also a cancer patient, has seen a 20% reduction in his cancer tumor and no longer takes pharmaceutical medications.  The toffee is truly one of the first cannabinoid medications of its kind and holds great promise in the treatment of life threatening diseases.

In April 2014, a change in Canada's production and distribution laws made it legal for any licensed company to grow and ship medical cannabis to patients, and illegal for patients to grow their own medicine.  Unlike the U.S., where laws vary from state to state, and where federal law may conflict with state law, Canada's new cannabis laws are federally regulated and uniform, making it more attractive to U.S. and Canadian institutional investors, who have already taken notice.  Estimates for the Canadian market run at $120 million for 2014, according to industry players, but national health agency Health Canada estimates that in 10 years, the market will be C$1.2 billion ($1.11 billion) in sales. EverGReeN Agra Inc. intends to operate in the United States, when cannabis production is federally legal. ArcView estimates the value of U.S. medical marijuana at $2.5 billion in 2014, but forecasts that it could be worth $9 billion in only two years.
