DENVER, Sept. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CannaSearch™, the largest cannabis job fair in the U.S., will bring more than 500 jobs to Colorado and to the nation in its second fair this year.

The world's largest cannabis industry job and education fair! September 16 - www.cannasearch.careers

The event will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Mile High Station, and will bring together reputable dispensary, ancillary and edibles companies from all over the U.S. looking for employees at all experience and management levels. The first CannaSearch™ in March brought more than 1,200 job seekers applying for jobs, solidifying the cannabis industry's prominence in the marketplace.

Co-founder Todd Mitchem said, "We are offering five times more jobs than last time, proving that CannaSearch™ is becoming an amazing conduit for people who want to work in the cannabis industry and the companies who want to hire them. If all these jobs are filled quickly we will add over $15 million in annual income to the cannabis industry.  That's exciting."

"CannaSearch™ is important because we need a more focused approach to finding qualified employees," said Bob Eschino, co-founder of Incredibles. "There is not currently a good avenue to finding qualified applicants for this industry, and this is a great step in the right direction."

An executive breakfast and education seminar has been added to the highly attended job fair to provide attendees with in-depth information about a variety of industry topics such as growing cannabis, "budtending", running a dispensary and managing a team while growing a business.

Max Montrose, president of Trichome Institute and education sponsor, said, "The Trichome Institute is excited to be working with world leading scientists, doctors and legal teams in the cannabis industry. Our vision is to provide the most comprehensive and accurate cannabis education available, and we are thrilled to connect with potential students and future educators at CannaSearch™."

Sponsors continue to be added to the fair, including platinum sponsor MiNDFUL, a leading dispensary and grow aimed at providing the finest, hand-crafted cannabis and mindful business practices to serve Coloradans and soon other states. "We are so excited to participate as the platinum sponsor.  Our goal was to add our unique MiNDFUL mindset to the fair through education and by hiring new people who are ready to change the world!  At MiNDFUL, we are dedicated to job education and creation.  I'm happy to be a part of this historic event and encourage everyone reading to get here!"
