F1 Long Island Seeks Funding to Launch First Motor Sports Park

>PRWEB.COM Newswire

DixHills, NY (PRWEB) June 02, 2014

F1 Long Island is looking to tap into a popular market that has not been broken into just as of yet in the long island region, participatory motor sports. Considered to be one of the fastest growing business trends internationally, this will include European style in-door and outdoor kart racing, as well as ATV racing. The company is looking to expand from its current three-track layout to a full world-class participatory motor complex.

In terms of the environment, the park will be built to provide an upscale setting that aims to attract business from local corporate clientele and to be compatible with the lifestyle characteristics of a majority of the Long Island East End residents.

The park itself will not be limited to just racing. In fact part of the plan is to include mod-ern conference facilities, which will be equipped with high tech safety briefing rooms and a 20,000 square foot mezzanine that will overlook the indoor track. This conference facility will also include catering and other services that will satisfy corporate clientele.

"F1 Long Island will be highly focused on providing customers an exciting experience and value for their entertainment dollar."

Marc Leibowitz, CEO and major investor of F1 Long Island, claims that F1 Long Island will be sophisticated, high tech, and include a highly theatrical environment. From in-cluding outdoorand indoor racetracks, conference rooms, VIP dining, and motor sports themed lounges -the park seems to be well on its way.

Currently the project has completed phase one, which includes acquiring the property, establishing a small private motor sports club to test the market, and acquiring all rele-vant permits. Their next step is phase two which will encompass paving the outdoor tracks, building the clubhouse, and saving participatory motor sports on Long Island.

F1 Long Island is looking to target corporate America and college educated adults be-tween the ages of 18 and 44. The company projects that approximately 30% of their customers will be female while their primary audience will be males around the age of 31 who have an income over $65,000.

Besides MarcLeibowitz, another principal investor in the project includes R.J Valentine, who is a veteran in the game of participatory motor sports, being the major owner of F1 Boston. According to the Indiegogo page of the project, F1 Boston is the highest gross-ing and considered to be the premier facility of its kind in the US. It is considered to be one of the only actual rivals to Michael Schumacher's Kart Center in Germany.

With a strong team and track record F1 Long Island, the company seems to be well on its way to providing the Long Island community with a unique and innovative motor sports park.
