Has one ever wondered what would happen if two superb examples of paranormal romance will be combined? One great outcome would be “Surrender”. Clair Conway’s debut novel which is an engaging tale steeped in myth, legend and lore, spun around paranormal themes that make it action-packed and a fight-‘til-death kind of love story.
Set in actual places in Colorado and some locales in Europe, as well as in Anderiker, a fictional paranormal realm, the tale follows the lives of Marlene Peterson and Edric Kenway, two star crossed lovers destined to be with one another. Sadly though things don’t always go the way they should and their love is thwarted by powers beyond their ken. Foremost among them is the enigmatic Lord Kenway the immortal servant of a beautiful but evil sorceress bent on destroying the couple’s happiness at all costs. “Surrender” is a seamless combination of Twilight’s titillating romance and the sultry tones of Fifty Shades of Grey.
