article imageYoung German boy freed from erotic handcuffs at New Year's party

By Anne Sewell     Jan 2, 2014 in World
In a rather embarrassing incident, police had to free a six-year-old boy from erotic, furry handcuffs which he found when feeling bored during his parents' New Year's Eve party.
Apparently the family was gathered to celebrate the New Year in their apartment in Hösbach, northwest Bavaria. Boys being boys, their six-year-old son got bored and decided to explore.
According to BR.de (German language), while going through his parents' bedroom, he discovered a set of furry handcuffs in the closet, which the couple had apparently bought on EBay. Being rather curious (and probably having watched a lot of crime shows on TV) the boy decided to try them on.
Only one problem, his hands were now handcuffed tightly together and he couldn't get them off again.
According to the Bayern Police website (in German), the boy returned to the living room where his extended family were gathered and showed them what he had done. Apparently he had put the handcuffs on so tightly, the parents decided they couldn't open them, and on top of this, the key apparently could not be found.
There was nothing for it, his mother and grandmother had to take the boy down to Aschaffenburg-Hösbach police station where traffic officers apparently used "special tools" to free the boy.
A police spokesperson said that “New Year’s was saved,” but now, of course, the rest of the family are privy to the boy's parents' secret pleasures.
