"The aerial vehicle, controlled by a remote operator, was part of a training exercise at Fort Indiantown Gap," Maj. Ed Shenk of the Pennsylvania National Guard told the local Lebanon

The 375 pound drone, called the RQ-7 Shadow, is about 11 feet long with a wing span of 14 feet. Major Shenk said that they do not yet know what caused the crash and it is under investigation. It was not armed.
