Next hearing on Polanski U.S. extradition bid likely in April: Lawyer

-

A Polish court adjourned on Wednesday without ruling on whether to extradite Oscar-winning director Roman Polanski to the United States, where he faces sentencing for the 1977 rape of a 13-year-old girl, his lawyer said.

"This isn't the last hearing. The next one will likely be in April," lawyer Jan Olszewski told reporters after a marathon nine-hour closed door hearing. Polanski said he was "tired" because he had to recall an incident he "wanted to forget".
