Eurogroup chief Jeroen Dijsselbloem on Wednesday said the next Eurogroup meeting of eurozone finance ministers to discuss debt-crippled Greece could take place within the next two weeks.
"I don't have a deadline. I know that there is a sense of urgency we all share. So, we have to see whether it can be next week or ultimately the week after," Dijsselbloem said at a press conference in Paris.
The comments came after a mooted Thursday meeting of the Eurogroup was cancelled to give Greece's creditors more time to decide next steps for the country's massive bailout.
