Op-Ed: Pres. Obama snubs Flint, Michigan, gives UN $500 million

Obama’s unapproved gift will be distributed by the UN to Third World countries, ostensibly to remedy their global warming and pollution concerns. It’s more than interesting to watch the mainstream media work with Democrats to find a Republican to blame like they did in cities like Detroit, Ferguson, Missouri and Mr. Obama’s adopted hometown of Chicago where homicides are double what they were this time last year.
Perhaps it’s time to stop and think about the way Democrats ignore their own communities to the brink of Third World status until something breaks after which they go looking for any Republican within 500 miles to blame it on. For decades Democrats have been in control of Flint Michigan; it is Democrats through the years who failed to pay any attention to the pipes and water sources before people started getting sick as illustrated in the attached video.

Meanwhile, the mainstream media can’t find any correlation between Pres. Obama pledging over $3 billion to the UN and making a $500 million down payment as Americans in Flint have to boil their drinking water while they ponder where the money to fix the problem will come from. There’s something wrong with a president who can’t see the forest for the trees, or Flint Michigan for the United Nations. The UN will now take that money and give it away to foreign nations as Pres. Obama and his EPA Keystone Cops fill their teleprompters with so much nonsense designed to make Republican Gov. Rick Snyder the scapegoat for Flint’s water crisis. The mainstream media will fail to make the connection between Mr. Obama’s unapproved executive order bestowing $500 million on the UN while children in Flint, Michigan have to sniff their water to see if it’s drinkable.
The mainstream media won’t recall the report that Flint’s Democrat mayor in 2014, Dayne Walling, made a big production out of the “historic moment” when his city decided to “return to its roots and use our own river as our drinking water supply,” after 50 years of using water from Detroit, another Democratic puddle. Mainstream media won’t recall how Mayor Walling led a crowd of onlookers in a three-two-one countdown before pressing a pumping station control button bragging how “the water quality speaks for itself.” Mainstream media will not show you video of the Democrat politicians and officials clapping and cheering in the background.
“It’s a great system,” said Flint Utilities Director Daughtery Johnson, boasting of how the city had pushed two years of improvements to the water plant through in a mere nine months. “It’s a great asset the city has. Every drop we pull out, we’re going to clean and put right back in the river.” The biggest inconvenience to customers was supposed to be that it might take more water and soap to lather up in the shower.
Those were all lies told by the Democrats running the city of Flint, Michigan. They won’t be the only lies, though. They and the Obama administration will continue to pounce on Michigan’s governor, assigning the blame to his office, so many miles away. At the same time, Mr. Obama will prepare to give away more than 2 ½ billion more dollars to the UN without congressional approval through Executive Order. Experts say it may cost up to $1.5 billion to fix Flint’s water crisis. For his part, Mr. Obama is happy to sit back and criticize Republicans while he gives billions of taxpayer dollars to foreign governments under the guise of “global warming” funds. Most Americans would probably agree that dirty drinking water is a textbook definition of life in many Third World countries. If anyone is to blame for not fixing Flint, it is Barack Obama, who prefers “fixing” things at the UN.
