Wikileaks reports that roughly 80 companies have been cooperating with the NSA to collect data on American citizens without their awareness or consent.
Wikileaks issued an alarming tweet today, saying “80 corporations have been bribed or coopted by NSA including Intel, CISCO, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, AT&T, Qualcom”
This announcement corroborates information that whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden have revealed regarding widespread disregard of the Constitutional rights of all Americans.
Among the companies named are AT&T, Microsoft, Qwest, IBM, Intel, CISCO, Qualcomm, Oracle, Verizon, and others.
Many of these companies previously claimed they were not sharing information with the NSA and a few have even claimed retaliation for not cooperating.
