Michael Jackson's 'ghost' captured in photo at fan event

By Anne Sewell     May 17, 2014 in Odd News
Bromley - If anyone believes in ghosts, especially famous ghosts apparently wearing sunglasses, read on about the specter of Michael Jackson, who appeared in a photo taken at the "Michael Jackson Live” tribute show in Bromley, England.
Apparently the photo was taken by a 14-year-old, and his mum swears it is the real deal.
Despite passing away in 2009, Jackson keeps on appearing, it seems. Not only has a new CD of his past work been released recently, but now he is apparently hanging around to see whether people enjoy the music.
The photographer in question is one Reece Saava. He took the photo as a Michael Jackson lookalike signed autographs at the event. It was apparently a few days later that he looked a little closer at the photos and apparently got a huge surprise.
According to Saava, “I was looking through the photos with my friends that I saw it. My friend was like: ‘what is that in the corner, were there balloons?’ When I looked at it I was genuinely quite shocked, it was very distinct, not like other photos of you see of that sort of thing. I cannot say I believe in ghosts but it is very spooky.”
In the photo, tweeted by The Daily Mail and included below, a ghostly image is visible just above the head of the Michael Jackson lookalike. Wearing sunglasses and a skeletal face, the specter looks down as the lookalike fakes his autograph. Everyone's a critic, it seems.
While many will immediately blame a Photoshop session, Saava's mother, 54-year-old Angela, swears it is a real image.
“The image is so clear. I was there and I can adamantly say that there were no mirrors, no trickery, nothing like that at all,” she told News Shopper.
It really is no surprise that he should show up now (if you believe this sort of thing), as he surely can't let something like death stop him from promoting his own album Xscape.
Anyone interested in hearing the album, it is now streaming in full on Spotify (hopefully without any eerie visitations) and you can enjoy a video of "Love Never Felt So Good" below.
