Bremerton - A man who was convicted of robbing the same bank, taking money from the same teller, for a second time, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
ABC reported Joshua James Driskell was arrested and accused of robbing a Key Bank branch in Bremerton, Washington, in October. He had just finished a prison for a 2010 robbery at the same bank.
A local newspaper report stated Driskell went into the bank October 23 with a note that demanded $120,000.
According to, a detective recognized Driskell from security footage and was able to give police a partial license plate number of the getaway vehicle.
The Huffington Post reported Driskell told police he used $2,000 of the money from the robbery on marijuana. Last week he was sentenced to 129 months in prison.
