Jevons Brown. 58, got turned down by a few companies, and when they didn't hire him he mailed packages of cat feces to the employees of those businesses, according to UPI.
According to Daily Journal Online, the plea agreement said that Brown, who is a veteran, got angry when he couldn't find a job, and he said that he was sorry for doing what he did. He went on to say that he was receiving counseling.
According to STltoday, about 20 packages were mailed out to companies, and investigators were able to track those packages to Brown.
