article imageFather takes out restraining order against 9-year-old bully

A Bay Area father requests, and was granted a restraining order against a nine-year-old boy who was accused of bullying his son.
According to Raw Story, Stephen Feudner, the father, said that he requested the restraining order after officials at Rolling Hills Elementary in Fairfield, CA, refused to do anything to stop the bullying, which included both verbal and physical assaults.
According to CBS, the order may have been granted, but it may actually never be issued, because the school refused to release the student's full name and address. The order may be null and void if it is not served within five days.
According to ABC, Feuder said that his son was protecting another student from being bullied by the known school bully. He said his son stood in between the two students and he was pushed, so his son pushed him back, and then he was punched in the face.
School officials said that it was an isolated incident and it is not necessarily bullying, and the school district needs to act according to the rules and laws.
